Agreement

VehicleTrax is developed and published by AeroNauticalTrax. Downloading or using the app means you accept these terms together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to all software distributed through the App Store.

Your licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use VehicleTrax on devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms of Service and Family Sharing where it applies. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to defeat the purchase mechanism of the app.

Purchases and unlocks

VehicleTrax is a free download that runs in trial form. The trial is limited to two vehicles and ten records in each table, and holds two features for the full version: exporting, printing or sharing PDF reports, and automatic backups. Reports can still be read on screen, and manual backup and restore remain available, so trial users always retain access to their own data. The trial does not expire. A single optional in-app purchase removes those limits permanently. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are handled by Apple and tied to your Apple Account, so anything you buy applies to your devices and your Family Sharing group.

Customers who previously purchased VehicleTrax as a paid app receive the full version at no additional cost.

Refunds

All billing is handled by Apple, and refunds are issued under Apple's policy rather than by the developer. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data is your responsibility

VehicleTrax stores your records on your devices and in your own iCloud account. Keeping a backup is up to you — through iCloud Backup, a Mac backup, or exported PDF reports. The developer has no copy of your data and cannot restore it if it is lost.

No warranty on maintenance decisions

VehicleTrax is a record-keeping tool. Service intervals, reminders and calculations reflect what you enter, and are not a substitute for a manufacturer's maintenance schedule or a qualified mechanic's judgment. Decisions about servicing, operating or repairing a vehicle remain yours.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost data or costs connected to vehicle maintenance decisions.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
